I make crochet hooks, partly because i admire folks who crochet and use it as an art form, and because i feel there is art in tools as well.
I started making hooks for my sister, from branches of an apple tree where we grew up. She crochet’d a rug for me using one of the larger hooks. What a special thing.
She loved the hooks so much i decided to make more for sale. Slow business but very rewarding to work with my hands.
Good for you for re-starting a very worthy hobby.
