keep track of my eating (read all 24 entries…)
This goal is coming back again 2 years ago

because I have so much to lose. I’d like to lose about 16 pounds. This is more than ever before.

I’ve got a little chart to fill in to encourage fruit and veg eating, drinking water and I’ve added an exercise column. There’s also a column to note any “unhealthy snacks”. This is very motivating. I’m going to make sure I have something to write in each column (except the “unhealthy snacks” column) every day.

I certainly enjoyed it – I felt thoroughly relaxed, and I loved over-eating, but it’s great when it stops -somehow!

Where did you go on your travels?

Relaxed is good...

but I don’t want to know how many pounds I might have put back on. I went to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota for some medical tests last week. I drove there, and I do terrible with eating (and drinking pop) while I am driving :-(
