I bought a book to help you do this
It asks you to fill in the blanks on all sorts of things during different periods of life and then you’ve got an autobiography. I’ve been randomly filling in what I know (some of the stuff, like the first word I uttered, I have no idea and doubt my dad does either), but wonder if I’ll ever finish it. I tried writing one on my own, but never got very far before I forgot about it and feel bad because my son’s been asking me to do this since he was 6 or 7 (and he’s 14 now).
