Get thee to a gym!
One time jock rediscovering the joys of fitness, this is worth it and though hard to stay motivated (what is the difference between a rest day and just being lazy?) it is worth doing.
I am still yet to see the results I really want but I do feel better, more in control and it has been fun :)
