why not try new things, meet new people, or perhaps just work on what you already have.
A friend of mine went through kinda the same thing as you, and she got each member of our tutor group to write one good thing about her, and by the end of it she felt much better. All because she couldn’t see any of her good points, all she could do was focus on her bad, because it’s true that we are our worst critics…

I know that work is making me unhappy – unfortunately I can’t do less of that or there will be less money which would lead to more unhappiness – vicious circle.
I’m working on the idea that if I keep to myself as much as possible I might get over some of the negatives and chip away at some of the others whilst I’m at it.
I’m working on finding training opportunities that might help me change my job.
