I’ve loved the idea of hemp, especially as an ecologically and environmentally friendly fibre, for quite some time. And fibre is not all it’s good for!

My first ever hemp purchase was a small bag, which I used every single day for 10 years before it finally wore out. (Hemp is a remarkably strong & resilient fibre.) I also own a couple of pieces of hemp & hemp/cotton clothing – both 2nd hand. My partner has several hemp/cotton work shirts and some hemp jeans. And I regularly use a hemp shampoo & conditioner – my hair is very soft for it!

This goal will probably progress kinda slowly. I’m not the sort of person to waste what I already have. So it will be a gradual process of replacing things that wear out with the hemp equivalent!
