This is the best way to travel for me. I get in the car and drive. I usually have some sort of direction at the start, like I want to go south or west, but then it’s random. It’s a method I perfected in Texas with my friends. If a road looks good, you go. If a town sounds interesting, you go there. There is no conversation starter like, “Excuse me, can you tell me where I am?”
