Didn’t even realise I ahd this goal lol.

I completed this while I was trying to get my BMI under 25. Which is done now 25.0 exactly :)

My exercise at the moment

Monday: Weights
Tuesday: Cardio (running or bike maybe HIIT) and Yoga
Wednesday: Weights
Thursday: Cardio (running or bike maybe HIIT) and Yoga
Friday: Weights
Sat: Rest
Sun: 4 Mile run
