I really would like to write some of my teachers from the past. I typically write them just to say hi and keep them a little updated on my life. I figure it lets them know that I care and that they have impacted me.

Lately I struggle with this. Most of my ‘favorite teachers’ have been men. I figure this is because teaching is not a high paying profession, so the men that are teaching are really doing it for the love. They just seem to really put themselves into what they do and make it more interesting.

I really don’t want to make their wives worry about things. I think I just over analyze things. I really need to just do it and have no regrets. Most people would enjoy getting a letter to know that what they are doing is beneficial. Especially with that measley salary.
