Nail jelly to a tree (read all 3 entries…)
Nothing is impossible? 2 years ago

My project leader at work has a new sig line in his emails: “Anybody who say’s that nothing is impossible should try nailing a jelly to a tree.”

Well, I thing it behoves me to at least try this. And take a photo as proof. Of course, I won’t nail it to a tree – I don’t like sticking nails in trees. But a sturdy fencepost should do in place of it. And I don’t intend to cheat and use un-made-up jelly cubes either. Nope, properly wobbly jelly. Nailed. To what used to be a tree.

I say jelly...

You probably say jello. The wobbly stuff you make up for dessert, not the stuff that comes in jars.
Although if you’re like me (and if you have the same stuff we have), you don’t bother with the mixing with hot water, pouring into a mould and waiting for it to set part. You just rip a cube off and eat it.
