I must send in

• both boarding passes
• e-ticket reciept
• A written letter

• one boarding pass
• email confirmation.
• A draft of a written letter

Is the confirmation the same as the e-ticket? I have no idea. Does “written letter” mean that it must by handwritten? If so, what a stupid rule. When I get back to work I’ll ransack my desk, again, for the missing documents and send it all off. Even if I only get miles for the one flight, its still worth the time.

I can’t just give up like I did last time. If I had all the miles they owed me, I’d have enough for a trip to europe! Most of those are past the deadline, but I won’t let them cheat me out of the miles from my last trip.
