My friends at the moment are crazy and think they can have a life just like Carrie on Sex and the City and as glamourous as that life would be, they are so naive about reality. They don’t share any of my interests they just care about money and boys and it’s such a drag. I wish I knew someone GENUINE.
well i think girls tend to be attracted to the life of “glamour” because its what they envy most. glamour is very visible and apparent. you can tell someone has lived a high life of drinking and swinging, but its not so apparent if someone, say, has traveled the world. so girls see the former, say “i want that” and go for it

I think you’re pretty spot on there. I admit it’s attractive to see someone, especially being female, who has/had a glamourous life. But the older I get I do start sussing out other, intangable things about people such as when you mentioned travelling the world. I don’t why they don’t care about anything other than glamour, some things more than glamour seem far more ‘attractive.’
