dirgon needs to start updating his 43Things entries more often.
At 37, I am getting close to that. Luckily, I have been at the same job for the past 16+ years, so I could remove all the older jobs on my resume and increase the point size to something a little more legible.

If you can trim your resume to one page without taking out experiences and skills that are applicable to the position you’re pursuing, then feel free. If not, you’re short changing yourself by sticking to the single page rule.
I wouldn’t go smaller than 10 point on a resume.

And, I believe they’re the same font and point sizes. (If I’m remembering my PR techniques class well there’s also a pica size setting, which is different than point sizes.) I guess you have to check?
