Okay. Starting weight is 65 kilos. I have until Feb. 1st to bring it down to 60. The plan is simple, mostly just eating more fruit and veg, drinking lots of water and tea, and getting all the exercise I’m getting in class. Next Friday we’ll check and see if drastic measures are in order.
