Last offer fell through – new offer today and it is much better – for full asking price – rent to own for one year and then purchase :) It took a year and a half to move our 3 year old house in Denver Metro but SO WORTH IT NOW!!!!!!!!! Can’t wait to be official – they want to move in Feb 1 (1 week from now) so ready for our checks to start comming in and to get that down payment in then bank as soon as they give it to us! Still means we are on hold here as far as building, but at this point WHO CARES :) YAY!!!
