work out for 40 minutes 4 times a week for 2 weeks (read all 10 entries…)

I did exactly the same as yesterday…45 minutes. I didn’t have to stop as much but I did have to stop a few times but I am sure the more I do this the more I can do and the less i need to stop.
I enjoyed it too and even caught myself smiling a few times during it.
