Enchiladas

I would love the recipe. Is it a brown or red sauce? My son is grown now and my Mom is gone. I am at an age where you start to think about passing down memories of yourself so they will remember who you really were, once I’m gone. I have added in my recipe book doodles and stories and pictures. Hope you enjoy the project as much as I have.
