it’s been going fine, the exercise part,
although haven’t gotten down to repeating set two in evening
so far only 75 crunches.
not yet 150
contemplating if should buy weighing machine.
kindda stressful isn’t it?
bought all the good food
hope this feeling of upbeat and wanting to lose weight stays
added a reminder in my cellphone to stop eating after evening
but of course, still feel fat,
but it’s okay i will feel slim again soon!
