I REALLY wanna lose weight. I think I’m super fat and I’m serious about losing weight. Heres a tip i just thought of.. If you eat anything over 80 calories (each item) do something you HATE doing. like scraching a chalkboard or something like that. they you wont want to eat anything over 80 calories. and also. you need to eat. just eat alot in the morning, a little at lunch and when you come home exercise and dont eat anything for the rest of the night. if you get really hungrey, eat a apple slice, or half of a banana. I’m doing this and I hope its working. hope it works for you too! i just dont wanna be the BIG one anymore. you know?

Ok im going to give you some advice. Seriously all you need to do to loose some weight is eat regularly and healthly – Breakfast, lunch, dinner with snacks in between. Try smoothies, fruit, vegetables, fish, seeds, yoghurt anything like that. You can reward yourself at the end of the week with sum chocolate. And exersize for about 1 hour a day (its good to rest for a day though). You can break that hour up into the whole day. The best types of exersize are swimming, going for a jog, skipping. Try going to a dancing class – great fun. I really hope you will consider this. Trust me it definatley worked for me. It might take a while but you will definatley see the difference in yourself in no time. x x x x
