This will probably not happen in the job I’m in. Even if Adam (guy above me) moves to another job he’d probably be replaced by a new guy, above me, or the position would just be abolished or something.
If I ever get promoted in this job I’ll be amazed.

She said that so I’d feel like a valued employee and I never got an email, let alone an actual meeting. For a little while she made me forget that people are lying idiots with no regard for the ideas of others.

Haha, that’d be a hilarious sketch for a show… A locksmith fails to open the door with a pick, fails with a hammer and chisel, get in his car and smashes through the front of the house!
Or, just turns up and crashes straight through without trying anything else.
