im going on the ‘3 hour diet’. its not really a diet…..its something thats been said over and over. eat small meals every 3 hours and there you go. we shall see how it goes.

I’ve also heard, if you will put on your plate what you normally eat, and leave 1/3 on there, you will soon start to notice the pounds coming off. And, your stomach also gets smaller, as you do this, and you don’t want as much food.
