run 10 miles without stopping

I haven’t even gotten to five.. in fact, the most I’ve done is three, and that was half walking. But yesterday I walked fifteen miles—I was amazed at myself for not getting tired (I didn’t sit down and I just kept on going for eight hours!) .. it’s weird cuz when I run, my toes hurt. My foot’s shaped weirdly, I need to buy more comfortable shoes. My toenails are also weird, even though I clip them, they dig into my skin. It’s freaky and annoying.

Building up endurance is a gradual thing...

Just like building up muscle mass so you can have better metabolism. It’s not something you can suddenly build up muscle mass by just exercising once or twice a week.

One thing I’ve learned about jogging is that you have to build your core muscles. The use of the psoas major for running is the most efficient way of running. When using these muscles for running, you eliminate the up and down and side-to-side movements, but all your effort is used in moving forward…
