keep a food and exercise diary (read all 3 entries…)

I’ve been very good about writing down everything I eat. However, I don’t think that means I’m eating any healthier. So my pal Jody sent me her Weight Watchers info. I hear that WW is very useful for some people. I just don’t want to pay the money to join.

I’m going to try and stick to the Flex or Core plan…whichever is easiest.

Good for you!!

Weight Watchers is a great plan for lots of people. Flex is workable for most people, but I lost more on Core because I have insulin issues. And on Flex I used a lot of my points for junk just because I could.
