Do your research well. There are several things you want to find out about before is join any home based business.

1. How do you get paid? Most home based business’ are MLM. That’s not bad at all. But how do you get paid. Do you make $1/per lipstick. Come on that’s going to take 10,000 lipsticks/month to make any sense. What you want is a residual income right. And you want that income to come from things that people buy habitually on a monthly basis. You also will want a sign up bonus. Where you get paid everytime someone joins your business to an unlimited number of generations. That’s the only way you can start to make money fast enough to transition out of 9-5.

2. What products are you going to have to sell? YOU ARE GOING to have to sell products (but mainly just sell them to yourself.) You want products that are already well known and purchased buy nearly everybody. There’s an air filter company out there right now that’s selling $750 air filters. No thanks!! And don’t buy into the vitamin craze that will cure everything wrong with you and give you energy while you loose weight and it grows hair on your head too. Come on!! You want some products that everyone knows about that are not going to emabaress you.

3. They have to have a system to bring your qualified prospects so you don’t have to bother your friends and neighbors with you new business. You only want to work with people that have raised there hand and said I want too.

yeah i definitely wanted to make money as well, I’ve actually posted in desperation on myspace bulletins for tips on how to make money! I Guess you can say I got a little desperate, but it definitely paid off. There are many ways of making money, some people go the ebay route, some go the affiliate marketing route, and sometimes it’s just almost too hard to choose.
