work out for 40 minutes 4 times a week for 2 weeks (read all 10 entries…)

I did 45 minute workout this evening. I did the warm up and the next section of the Pump it up DVD followed by the cool down section at the end.
I found I really enjoyed it and before I knew it I had done 45 minutes which is a good thing.
There was a couple of times when I found myself totally breathless and unable to carry on for 10 seconds but I was fine and managed to do it without any major stops.
It was fun for me and I guess it’s better if it’s fun because time flys like it did this evening when I worked out!!
