02/08 – Final Settlement
I realised that there are TWO sets of charges coming my way: Credit Card payment (Worldpay) AND Direct Debit (irregular, which was weird). When it happened for two months at totally irregular dates, I got sick & tired of this crap.
Rang them today, after receiving yet another double charge. Had to wait 12 minutes on the line, however got to them, and ensured that they compensate the extraneous charges (having happened 2 times already – £60 in total!).
Now only credit card billing will remain (which 1) is stable and 2) will ensure my money stay with me for extra month and a few days), and broken Direct Debits are cancelled.
After that I filed the company expense reimbursement for the last 3 months and old ISP Direct Debit remnants.

Total: £166.70 for 25 minutes on the phone, just by chasing what’s mine rightfully but wasn’t given to me.
Very invigorating. Worth it, I guess. :)
