So I’m working my way through Learning Perl. Figure it makes sense to hook up with the local PerlMongers. After missing a few monthly get-togethers, I finally attend my first meeting (nice bunch). How psyched was I when Randal Schwartz (Learning Perl author) shows up! He was even kind enough to have a look at some code I had written for one of the exercises (he liked it). I’m sticking with Perl.
