Only been working out for a few weeks but i’m loving this so far. Put a lot of effort into this – I’ve devised an abbreviated split-routine program in which i train hard, just started keeping a training journal and I’m now on my meticulously planned low-fat but high protein & carb diet in which i eat 6 times a day. It’s just a matter of time before that flabby stomach turns into a 6 pack!
