I don’t think American Idol would take someone who sings in a Broadway style.. but I had planned on always going through singing lessons to learn a new style. I have been recorded before (stupid ex-boyfriend’s band) and I got more attention for my bit part in the song than the entire band. The reviews I saw about the song were always about my voice.. hahah.. so with that in mind, I think I have a good chance. I just need a band who has been signed already.. I’m just waiting for a lead singer to die of a heroin overdose so I can fill in. heh.
