I started reading Crime and Punishment about 18 months ago, and it is so boring. I feel like he is just having the same conversation with himself over and over again. But my boyfriend gave it to me, and it is one of his favorite books, so I’m determined to finish it. Eventually.

I hear ya...

I first tried reading in on a whim maybe 5 years ago. That didn’t go over so well.

So I bought it as a podcast/ book on tape, and I thought it would be great to listen to as I’m walking, but honestly, I’ve listened to about 1/4 of it (it’s about 5 hours long) now and it’s not interesting at all. I can’t even be bothered to pay attention to it while I’m walking even though it’s being narrated straight into my brain.
