i swear this is so hard. I’ve been really trying to cut back rather than just stopping all together. But when some bright LA driver cuts me off I sorta kinda have no control over what comes out. Or maybe i’m not trying hard enough. If people would just learn how to drive my mouth wouldn’t be so bad. Sheez

I completely agree. I do pretty well at home or when hanging out with friends. And at work, while my coworkers curse I do not. Grumble? Yes. Curse? No.
Behind the wheel, though, it is a different story. I think that I am going to have to just adopt a more forgiving attitude while driving or I will completely fail to give up swearing. When someone cuts me off (or whatever), I just need to relax and focus on my driving rather than on their whatever-they-call-that. It is going to be tough, but seems like the only way.
Best of luck (to both of us).
