live my life by answering this question every day: "what would you do if you knew you could not fail?" (read all 8 entries…)

I keep coming back to the same thing.  — 1 year ago

I would be honest with people and tell them how things are (from my point of view) so they could decide the best plan of action. If I knew that I couldn’t fail that is. Because if it backfires, then I am doomed. How can you get someone to see what is really going on around them when people keep telling them what they want to hear?

yes!

I totally get that. I’m trying to tell people the truth, instead of being “nice” and keeping quiet. I think that respect is earned, and honesty shows that you respect the other person enough to be truthful. Even if you ‘failed’, you’d still be heard and that counts for a lot.
