I’ve decided I might as well start learning what I can about it. I went out today and bought myself a coffee grinder and some of the Torani flavored syrups that are often used at cafes with the intent of doing some of my own experimenting with tastes as well as learning how to use them in tried and true coffee recipes.

I’m amazed at how many recipes there are for coffee online and tutorials for using espresso machines. It will be some time before I get my hands on one to use but I figure the more research and learning I can do beforehand can only be beneficial in the long run. :)
