lots of fun places on Circumnavigate the Arctic Circle on 43 Things

According to:

The Arctic Circle passes through Russia, Alaska, Canada, Greenland, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

So who wants to visit all these places (or most of them), vaguely following the Arctic Circle, maybe Summer 2008?

Although, if global warming continues, you could do it as a cruise.

The average high temperature for Tromsø, Norway (latitude 69 N) last July was 56°F/13°C and for Murmansk, Russia (also at 69 N), it was 61°F/15°C.

Probably not a lot of bikinis by the Arctic Ocean though…

But I’m not sure if I’d hit them all on one trip – that’s pretty ambitious!

Summer is definitely the right time though. =)
