So, I took this class a few weeks ago. A full weekend class and was so sore I could barely walk for days. Who would have thought that Tai Chi would work each muscle that hard. So I learned from an awesome WuDang Master and I feel honored. I haven’t practiced since, so good thing I bought the DVD so I could at least have it as a reference. I plan to start practicing real soon.
