So I started at 224 and I am already down to 210! Been eating good and getting out of the house more often.
the winter weather holds me back from alot of outdoor activites with my young ones. but sometimes we just go to the store and wander around and mess with stuff! I get the stuff I need and I get a workout!
my favorite bellydancing dvd went awol so I am hoping to get another one soon. :)
feeling good and its nice that people are already noticing the change. I work in the mall and its exciting to think of all the clothes i get to wear and BUY once i drop the weight!
