I need out of the highly toxic work environment that I am in! I also need to find a full-time job with benefits so that the girls and I are always secure before I bail. I’ve been here for three and a half years, and it’s not getting any better.

But it is a job, and it keeps gas in the van, and food on the table, so here I sit!
