I’ve always tended to be quite good at things. Which is nice. But i watch people who are brilliant at what they do and am deeply envious of them. Its the utter absorbtion and command that impresses me. i want to experience the all consuming joy of being utterly in the zone. Intense understanding? Is that what it is? Was hoping to be brilliant at the job that i am doing at the moment, but i am only ‘quite good’. Not to be sniffed at, I know but wheres the brilliance? How?
