Do 100 crunches without feeling like I wanna puke

Since thursday I have started a 45 minute full-body workout each evening that includes an ab workout of 20 normal crunches, 20 oblique crunches and 20 toe-touch crunches. Not so bad but I really want to make it to doing 100 normal crunches without feeling like a bowl of jello :)
