5 days with no biting. Even though I didn’t put enough of my no-bite on to really taste horrible enough to deter me, the idea of tasting it full strength has kept me from chewing on my nails. Someone could probably fill the bottle with regular clear nail polish and I’d never know because I don’t want to risk tasting it.

I put some strengthener on them this morning before the no bite and I plan to clip all the hang nail like cuticles and try to find my nail file.
