overcome my Seasonal Affective Disorder (read all 2 entries…)
Getting up earlier, sleeping through the night!

My energy level is definitely on the upswing. I have improved my exercise, and eating habits, while using the lamp, and it’s working! I’m so excited. Another week of this, and I will mark this off as complete….

my, now 18yr old, son has this and I’ve wanted to get the lights but he’s always at work or school! :(
exercise is a really big part of my keeping depression at bay – I don’t have seasonal though.
