Do resistance/strength training 3x a week. (read all 56 entries…)

I did a nice weights workout today.

Triceps
chest press
quad raises at 21lbs each…
hip abductor and adductor (ow.)
leg press at 160 (!! yay me)
Shoulders
back stuff…(lat pulldown)
Balance/wobble board for a few minutes…its a lot less challenging now.
and some of those hanging in the air abdominal exersises.
My low back still feels tight and stiff, but I think its getting better.
