ok, obviously not just for the companion, but i want to get out on my own. i can never live alone because i could pass out and no one would know. i want to go away to college, so herein lies my problem.
im searching humane societies now for someone who would be a good fit, and then i can start training…. hopefully.
Without getting personal, I’m wondering what condition you have that would cause you to pass out at any moment where nobody can help you.
Diabetes? Low blood pressure? Anemia?
And incidentally, is there a device that allows your dog to dial 911 if you do pass out? That would be very cool.
I have a rare brain disorder in which my brain stem does not function properly. It doesn’t regulate my blood pressure, heart rate, body temp or my digestive track very well. I pass out, have seziures and generally am not well. And yes, either the dog would bring me the phone, or, if i was unable to use the phone, there a big button he would know to punch with his nose that dials directly to 911. Thanks for the intrest!
