I shall be walking this marathon.
If you’ll note I have the goal of run a 5k near the bottom of my list. That is because that is how long I think it will take me to get there.
I would die 5 minutes in if I was trying to run this thing!

if you go with the standard training program, you do 2 short runs during the week and one long run- which knocks out your “working out 3 times a week” how awesome is that? :)
