The only way to go about this would be to write Jeff Mangum a supernice letter. It could go something like this:
Dear Jeff Mangum,
I love you a whole lot. I love Neutral Milk Hotel’s albums more than any other albums I own, with the possible exception of Abbey Road, but can you really blame me for that?
Anyhow, I just wanted to ask you to prettyplease consider making another album, because I’m sure that I’d love it and listen to it often. It could very possibly change my life.
