Sadly there are few courses available anywhere. At least that accept regular students. It is a bit of a specialist thing.

There are a lot of very good self-teaching sorts of books that have come out recently. Much easier to use than the old classic texts. If you want some suggestions, comment me back sometime (though I will be spacey for the next week or so!).
