Did you get it?

It is hard getting a new license. First it is a tremendous hassle especially after 9/11.

Secondly, it is a little like saying I am here to stay.

So if you do it, I guess you will be a New Yorker… now while I am a transplant to Virginia, I refuse to be anything but an ex-New Yorker. :-)
