lose weight by eating healthier (read all 3 entries…)

Eating healthier for me is decreasing carbs and increasing produce, also adding water .
i am a notorious meal-skipper, so since the beginning of the year, i have tried to change that by eating smaller meals and not letting 4 hours go by without eating something. Even if i am not hungry, I have a piece of fruit or something. I have lost 13 pounds so far mostly by changing eating habits.
