I took my two diet pills.. by the way someone asked.. I take Zantrex 3, and sometimes when I’m feeling crazy I take some more shit in my cabinet.. but that’s not recommended.
I picked out all the green teas and other dieter’s teas I’m going to try today when I get even the least bit hungry.
Lunch.. well stewed tomatoes, thats… 35-50 calories, and that will do me for the day.
Crunches, 1000.. or more… going to use starvingfortruths challenge to keep me going.
Get to the gym? Idk… I may just do my running in the snow.. yuck.
Working a 6 hour shift.. not bad but sucks when I’m STARVING and there is food EVERYWHERE.
then going tanning… which i highly recommend.. it makes everything I do to my body all worth while..
ooo and i took my multivitamin and after lunch will take my glasses of orange flavored laxies…
