just managed to make me smile!
my first target weight is 133
and im 155 at the mo.
i put in that i wanted 2 be 133 by april 22nd and it said i need to lose about 2.66 lbs a week to reach that!
at the mo im loosing about 5lbs-7lbs a week…and even though i know it will get harder to shift the weight the lighter i get its just made me realise that i can become thin like amazing people.

well..

i started about 3 weeks ago n lost about 7lbs in that week…and then the next week was half term holidays so i couldnt get away with what i had been doing so i put on a pound. So far this week ive lost 5lbs and am hoping to loose ATLEAST one more…its always harder at the weekend tho isnt it.

i basically eat about 200-300 cals a day in the week.

i walk to and from school everyday which probably adds up to about an hour and half/perday. On mondays i do just under 2 hours dance and on tuesdays about an hours worth of badminton. I am hoping to rejoin the gym at some point…proabaly when i start to find its getting harder to get the weight off.
